Appellate Victory: United States v. Hamid Tabatabai

Prevailed on appeal for client convicted of wire fraud, and after the Ninth Circuit reversed the convictions and remanded the case back to the district for a new trial, the Government elected not to proceed and dismissed the case entirely.  Prevailing on appeal resulted in the permanent dismissal of the entire case.
