Judge Dismisses $600M Lawsuit Against Planned Parenthood.

In June 2012, U.S. District Judge A. Howard Matz tossed a huge lawsuit against the California affiliates of Planned Parenthood. The case involved allegations that Planned Parenthood overbilled the government for contraceptives. In dismissing the case for the third time, Judge Matz noted Planned Parenthood’s “consistent candor and truthfulness.”
