Dismissal of Disciplinary Charges Against University Student

Successfully defended university student against allegations of sexual misconduct.  After our client was suspended by the university, the Firm filed a Writ of Mandamus in state court against the university, ultimately resulting in our client’s receipt of his degree and the removal of any adverse mark on his undergraduate transcript.
