Sam Josephs Recognized by the Daily Journal as a Top White-Collar Lawyer

December 13, 2023 – The Daily Journal has recognized firm partner Samuel A. Josephs by including him in its list of 2023’s Top White-Collar Lawyers. This annual list honors the top attorneys specializing in white-collar defense in California.

In recognizing Sam’s white-collar work, the Daily Journal emphasized the extraordinary outcome he achieved defending Carlos Martinez, the former President of Fox Sports Latin America, against federal bribery charges related to the FIFA corruption scandal: “This past year, [Sam] achieved a complete acquittal on all counts in the high-profile FIFA bribery prosecution in the Eastern District of New York.”
