Firm Saves Third-Year Law Student from Expulsion

  • Client Win

March 17, 2023—The Firm persuaded a prestigious California law school to find the Firm’s client, a third-year law student, not responsible for allegations of dishonesty relating to his admissions application. Firm Partner Julia Tuverson’s presentation of the full facts and circumstances of the client’s case resulted in the university finding the client not responsible for any Student Conduct Code violations. The client is now able to graduate and prepare to sit for the California Bar Exam. This victory builds on the Firm’s extensive record of victories for college and graduate students facing Title IX and student code of conduct violations.
