Firm Defends Client Accused of Workers Compensation Fraud

The Firm successfully represented a client who was being investigated for workers compensation fraud by the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor. The Firm conducted an extensive investigation and developed a detailed outline of the client’s robust defenses that was then presented to the prosecution, which ultimately decided to not bring any charges against the client.
