Firm Achieves Pre-Filing Dismissal of Felony Assault and Vandalism Charges

September, 2024 — The Firm successfully intervened pre-filing to prevent the filing of any charges after the Firm’s client was arrested on felony charges for assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.  The client retained the Firm after being arrested.  The Firm’s written presentation to the District Attorney’s Office convinced the prosecutor he would not be able to prove the charges, and he ultimately declined to file the case.
