Appellate Victory: United States v. Mirando

The Firm successfully argued in front of the Ninth Circuit of Appeals for the resentencing of our client, who was convicted of fifteen counts of healthcare fraud prior to seeking our representation. Through diligent negotiations with the government, the Firm was then able to substantially reduce our client’s sentence.
