Christa Culver Wasserman is an experienced litigator who has handled massive civil and criminal cases at both the state and federal levels. She has a broad range of experience, with particular expertise in securities matters and cases involving the financial services sector. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Culver Wasserman clerked for the Honorable Gary A. Feess in the Central District of California. She also spent several years as an associate in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where she represented prominent financial institutions in numerous cases brought by parties seeking billions of dollars in claims concerning mortgage-backed securities.

Ms. Culver Wasserman earned her law degree from Stanford Law School, where she was awarded the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in Criminal Law. She also participated in the Stanford Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, drafting petitions for certiorari before the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Culver Wasserman received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, where she majored in Comparative Literature and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
