Jeffrey J. Miles is a litigator who clerked for a federal judge and participated in the Department of Justice Honors Program.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey clerked for United States District Judge Vanessa D. Gilmore in the Southern District of Texas, handling matters including complex business litigation, securities, constitutional law, patent, copyright, and trademark, state law claims, and various matters under the Federal Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure. He assisted with several civil and criminal trials.

Jeffrey also spent two years as an Attorney Advisor through United States Department of Justice Honors Program, assisting in adjudicating federal immigration disputes.  His work included matters related to national security and terrorism, as well as asylum, withholding of removal, and the Convention Against Torture.

He is an active member of the Los Angeles arts and cultural community, and volunteers for UCLA Law’s LGBTQ think tank, the Williams Institute.
